​Refunds, Returns, Etc.

• Refunds and exchanges within  21 days for online orders and 14 days for in-store purchases.

• All returns must be in original condition and include original receipt/invoice, packaging, and tags.

• All special orders need to be paid in full before the order will be placed.

• A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returned or cancelled special orders.

• Some items are sold on a final sale basis including: electrical parts and hardware; helmets. 

• Wheels and tires that have been mounted by a third party are not returnable.

• Beadlock-type wheels that have been mounted are non-returnable.

• Product descriptions and quantities may change without notice. If in doubt, please contact us to confirm details.

• Manufacturer/distributor prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Incorrect prices and/or descriptions do not obligate Otomoto to deliver at such incorrect prices or description. If there is a discrepancy in price or description, Otomoto will notify the customer before the order is filled.

• We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

• We reserve the right to refuse the return of any parts we find have been installed, used, are not in original conditionor do not meet the above criteria.

Shipping Policy 

​

• Certain rural areas, as well as large bulky items, may incur additional shipping fees; We will contact you before shipping for approval.

• In-stock orders ship within 24 hours.

• Weekend orders will be processed the following business day.

• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer or supplier, it usually takes 2-5 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 10 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.

• Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-6days

• Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.

• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination to reduce the shipping cost to the customer.

• We do not ship internationally.

• If a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.

• We do not ship COD orders.
