Returns & Shipping Policy 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

 

Overview

We accept eligible returns for refund or exchange within the timeframes below. All items must meet the eligibility requirements.

 

Return windows

Online orders: Return requests must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.

In store purchases: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

 

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be:

New, unused, and uninstalled

In original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories

Accompanied by the original receipt or invoice

 

Final sale and non returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Helmets

Electrical parts and electrical components

Hardware items

Wheels and tires that have been mounted by a third party

Beadlock type wheels that have been mounted

 

Special orders

Special orders must be paid in full before the order is placed.

Returned or cancelled special orders are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee, where permitted by the supplier.

Special order deposits and supplier fees are non refundable once the order has been placed.

If a special order arrives defective or incorrect due to supplier error, we will work with you to resolve it through replacement, exchange, or warranty procedures.

 

How to initiate a return

Contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Items sent without prior return authorisation may be refused and returned to the sender.

 

Return shipping and original shipping charges

Unless the return is due to an error by Otomoto or a verified defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non refundable.

 

Inspection and refunds

All returns are inspected upon receipt. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.

 

Errors, pricing, and product information

Product availability, specifications, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice. If you are unsure about fitment or details, contact us before ordering.

If a listed price or description is incorrect, Otomoto is not obligated to honour the error. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfilment to confirm the correct details and options.

 

Right to refuse

Otomoto may refuse a return, exchange, or sale where the item does not meet the eligibility requirements, appears installed or used, is missing original packaging or components, is outside the return window, or where doing so is required to comply with applicable law and supplier restrictions.

Shipping Policy

 

Processing times

In stock orders ship within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Backorders and special sourcing

If an item is not in stock and must be ordered from a supplier, it typically arrives to us within 2 to 5 business days and ships promptly after receipt. Some manufacturer sourced parts may take up to 10 business days. We aim to ship complete orders within 2 to 3 business days when items are available.

 

Transit times

Ground shipping is typically 2 to 6 business days depending on destination. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Oversize items and rural delivery surcharges

Certain rural areas and large or bulky items may incur additional shipping fees. If additional fees apply, we will contact you for approval before shipping.

 

Expedited shipping

Overnight and expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost. Contact us for a quote if expedited options are not shown at checkout.

 

Carrier selection

We may select the shipping carrier at our discretion to provide a comparable service level and reduce shipping cost where possible.

 

Shipping limitations

We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship COD orders.
